Galaxis Showtechnik is the world leader in wireless pyrotechnics technology and flame effects. Manufactured in Germany, Galaxis products are trusted with major events like the Super Bowl Halftime Show, the World Cup, and Olympic Ceremonies.

As a premium product in a competitive market since 1992, growing Galaxis sales in the USA presented several challenges. Headquartered in Germany, Galaxis had gained strong market share in Europe, but there was no active presence in the USA promoting or supporting their products. Additionally, complicated functionality and a massive eco-system of available accessories made purchasing Galaxis products an intimidating and convoluted process.

In order to gain trust and grow market share, we developed a consultative sales process by providing advice, training, and resources to current users and potential clients. Key objectives included growing the marketplace by advising fireworks companies to pivot into the rapidly growing special effects industry as well as providing comprehensive training and support to current users.

These objectives were supported by a grassroots effort of demonstrating Galaxis products at every major fireworks and special effects event in the nation, including a debut at the Live Design (LDI) event in Las Vegas, one of the largest touring trade events in the world. Within 18 months of implementation, the USA market became the fastest growing segment in Galaxis history.
